How am I feeling in this moment? Awareness itself is transformation. When you receive the email and click link to download your file, make a note about the file name and be aware of where your have saved the file on your device (either your computer or your phone.)

Can I download it more than once? You are limited to one download per purchase, so keeping track of where your file is stored is important. You can add your file to your favorite music playing app to listen to the meditation. If you have trouble, please contact us for help resolving the situation.

Do you have a live streaming version? Not at this time. The only way to access the meditation is by purchasing and downloading the file to your preferred music listening device.
